Hi, I’m Alex — the esthetician behind Steady Glow Esthetics. I became an esthetician because I’ve always been fascinated by how the skin works and how much confidence can come from truly feeling good in your own skin. What started as a personal interest quickly grew into a passion for helping others understand their skin and create routines that actually support long-term skin health. I specialize in treatments that focus on skin barrier repair, acne-safe skincare, and facial sculpting techniques designed to restore balance, circulation, and glow. Cancellation Policy

Steady Glow Esthetics by Alex To ensure the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask that the following appointment policies be respected. 24-Hour Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a 50% service fee. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future bookings may require prepayment. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may be shortened in order to stay on schedule for the next client. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and could be treated as a late cancellation. Card on File A valid card on file is required to secure appointments. No fees will be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated. Emergencies I understand that unexpected situations happen. Please reach out as soon as possible if an emergency arises and I will do my best to accommodate.
